Posted on 6th January 2009 by saebaFirstly I would like to wish all City Hunter fans and visitors to RyoSaeba.com a very happy new year. It’s been months since our last post! Sorry to all our members patiently waiting for more episodes to get posted. We hope to resume posting new episodes shortly!
It’s confirmed, City Hunter will be turned into a U.S tv drama starring "Chung woo-sung " as Ryo. Hopefully this will bring City Hunter to mainstream U.S & worldwide audiences which will revive our beloved manga!

Aha I hope that US films won’t screw up City Hunter as they did other interpretations and films of Japan
“All 13 episodes of season one will be written in English and will be distributed worldwide.” I believe that season one had more than just 13 episodes.
“City Hunter” is based on the same-titled popular cartoon by Japanese writer Tsukasa Hojo. SSD, which invested in and distributed “Taewangsasingi,” holds the copyright. The cartoon is about private detective Ryo Saeba, who confronts the evil.”
They should have given a better description, its not cartoon its anime, there is a major difference in the style of american animation and Japanese animation
